For nearly two decades, my career has been built around people, decisions and transition.
As a real estate advisor, I have guided clients through some of the largest financial and personal decisions of their lives. I have negotiated complex transactions, worked across residential and commercial real estate, led teams, built businesses and organized international events.
But experience taught me something that eventually changed the direction of my own work: the biggest decisions are rarely only about the decision in front of us.
They are about identity. Confidence. Energy. Leadership. The stories we have outgrown and the person we are becoming next.
That realization led me to iPEC and Core Energy Coaching, where I became a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
Today, I bring those two worlds together.
I am a Certified Leadership Coach and Real Estate Advisor, working with accomplished women, entrepreneurs and professionals navigating growth, change and the moments when the life they have built no longer fully reflects who they are becoming.
My coaching is not about giving someone a formula for her life. It is about creating the space to see more clearly: the patterns influencing her decisions, the beliefs she may have outgrown, the energy she is bringing into the room and the possibilities she may not yet be allowing herself to consider.
Because leadership isn’t only about managing a team or running a business.
That is the work I care about.
